Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or spam activity, or to violate third-party platform rules (including WhatsApp/Meta policies).

You are responsible for collecting and processing end-user data lawfully, including notices and consents required by applicable privacy and communications laws.

LeadRelay depends on third-party providers (for example hosting, WhatsApp/Meta, and email providers). Service availability may depend on those providers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadRelay is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect service integrity and security.
